"AWEFUL, AWEFUL, AWEFUL. Never will recommend these apartments never. Unprofessional staff, just aweful....Staff is not strict on their policy and does not fulfill their end of the contract verbally as well as paper. Ghetto Faboulous neighborhood, horrible!!!!"

Horrible, Horrible, Honest to God Truth!! Management is horrible, their manager DD, is NEVER there!!!!! If you do not believe me, go visit! It is always the black lady that has to handle everything! When the flood came, she was never was available, we have ashtma in the family, and the manager did not care if we lived in a nasty, moldy, and smelly place. The maintenance is worse, the place is always filled with trash and our toilet is constantly running! The apartments are on discount due to the horrible management and maintenance! What is wrong with this company? Do they want it to turn into a section 8? Wow..new people to montgomery, do not be fooled by the park next door, it is the ONLY nice thing about Stratford Village! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! Please STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY..I would NEVER recommend my friends to live out here!! DD and other crew...find other jobs! I am so glad I am moving!
