Enjoy comfortable and relaxed living at Arboretum Apartments. Experience home-style living while in an apartment community. We have four spacious floorplans to fit your lifestyleIt wouldn't be so bad if management would respond to our maintenance orders and took care of the cockroaches like they said they would You get what you pay for. It looks nice when you walk in and take a look. They told us the carpets would be cleaned and they were not but we had to hurry and move in anyway so we didn't complain. I know they were not cleaned because I borrowed a steam cleaner and the water was black after cleaning it. I had to steam 3 times before the water turned some what clear. The kitchen and bathroom were nasty. The painters were very sloppy. The closet doors fall off the hinges all the time and do not go back on easily. The fridge will not get very cold it keeps things cold but not cold like I like it. The appliances are very old. Washer and dryer hook up are in the kitchen in the 2b/1b model very much in the way. The neighbors are nice overall there are a few that cause problems. They are moldy and I am allergic so thats a HUGE problem. And I have saved the worst complaint about the place for last the roaches are outrageous. We have complained 2 times one time they sent someone to spray the second time they ... We have bought our own spray and it does nothing it is simply and infestation. It is affordable but along with affordable you get a ton of problems.
