Overall, its an okay place to live. I have had no problems at my building and when I need something fixed, they get right on it. Belinda and everyone in the office does a great job, and are nice people. The only thing that most people would be bothered by is most of the residents. There are very unfriendly people here, but like i said, I've had a good experience here and I like it. Happy to be out of there Appartments by the golf course occassionally get hit by golf balls. If you are upstairs, the balls will break your double glass and can be dangerous for children as well as adults. Leaking roof and windows is common during rain. The behavior of the management is good but he lacks honesty. When you leave the place be careful that you are not charged for things you have not done. The maintenance guy Ron was simply bad. Good rate for an appartment with washer dryer. They ask for too many papers before you get in.
