Very frustrating. I can't say that I enjoyed my one year stay at the Park Apartments, but I can say that I will never rent from a Lindsey Apartment again and the new managers are horrible. However, the apartment is in a great location and other tenants were good. I made several complaints of having NO AIR at least 7 times in the total of a year. Having to find somewhere else to stay several times and having electricity bills over $100 because they would continually let my air run and blow hot air stating that the problem was fixed. The last time I was without air for over 10 days. Maintenance was very nice but the managers were not willing to work with me, regarding having to find somewhere else to say, my increasingly high bills or placement of my small dog- who had to remain in the apartment with no air and no ceiling fans when temperatures were exceedingly high. They were also very rude upon my moving out and definitely not following through in a timely manner- it was very frustrating. No solid ground. The old management was wonderful but the new management, not so much. The tell me we aren't allowed to have dogs in our building, but there are 3 that I know of just on my side of the building that bark all night long. They will do nothing about it and still refuse to allow us to have a small dog. They are unresponsive to any actual problems and you can't complain. I have made a complaint ONCE and he threatened to evict me. Ridiculous.
