Come home to Camden Pecos Ranch in Chandler. You will find spacious apartment homes with 9-foot ceilings, private patios and balconies, walk-in closets and full-size washers/dryers. "Don't move here!: lived here for about five months already and have hated it from the moment we moved in. I wish we would have just left when we had the chance. "They will feed you any kinds of lies and BS just to get you to sign the lease and move in. After you move in, the truth comes out. Example: "Oh we have free wifi here at the pool, and our wonderful business center" After we moved in, could not find any wifi from camden. ..."

Liars Liars Liars Do not move here! They will feed you any kinds of lies and BS just to get you to sign the lease and move in. After you move in, the truth comes out. Example: "Oh we have free wifi here at the pool, and our wonderful business center" After we moved in, could not find any wifi from camden. When we asked the office about the business center, and wifi they denied it ever existed. The business center hasn't been cleaned since 2005. Dust and dead moths all over. Oh and they will show you an apartment on the 2nd floor, with a certain floorplan you're looking for. Tell you "It's exactly like the one you're signing the lease for only on the 1st floor" When its time to get the keys its NOT at all what you originally looked at. By that time, its too late for you to move anywhere else, you already paid the application fee, and your furniture is being moved in. The most exciting part Floors are so thin that you can hear the neighbor above you walking, snoring, watching tv (even at a reasonable volume),doing ... They will feed you any kinds of lies and BS just to get you to sign the lease and move in. After you move in, the truth comes out. Everytime the guy in the apartment above you takes a shower your bathroom floods, and you have to call the maintenance guys to come and fix it, but it will eventully get done right and fixed the 3rd time they come out for the same issue. Expect for appliences not to work right away. Like your washer to catch on fire the 1st time you use it. The stove and the microwave are extra filthy. The dishwasher breaks your dishes because it overheats while drying them. Yes, I'm ranting and raving, but I am being dead honest. Check out other places in the area. My mistake for rushing to move in to this place, before doing research. Yes, the area is nice, but that's about it. Show full review
