LIE CHEAT STEAL!! RENTERS BEWARE I lived here for three years, 2004-2007. Up until I moved out I thought it was an excellent place to live. However, be prepared to break your wallet when moving out. Since I chose to en my lease early I specifically asked WENDI about our security deposit. She assured me by paying the extra $500 bucks to break our lease, we would receive it no problem. Of course when the day came to move out, she then said we would have to wait for the walk through to get our money back. I thought ok since we took such good care of it. She came back saying that if the carpet needed replacing, we would have to pay for it, and that would be about $250 dollars. The carpet is absolute crap to begin with!! So after the walk through she says good news...we don't need to replace the carpet. But somehow I still need to pay $250 dollars for a spot clean?? Um...a spot clean does not cost that much in such a small area. My brother has a 2 bedroom house in the Foothills that cost less to spot clean!!! And be ... I lived here for three years, 2004-2007. The place is over twenty years old and no matter how much you clean, it still looks pretty nasty. So when they then wanted to charge me $80 for the "damaged vinyl" in the bathrooms I was amazed! There was absolutely no damage or I would of complained or had it fixed during the three years I lived there. Finally, even though the kitchen counters were stained when we moved in, and believe me we let them know, they are charging us $40 dollars to replace them supposedly even though WENDI told me we wouldn't be charged. I actually have a voice mail from her stating this. But since the invoice was already mailed they cannot retract this UNFAIR charge. WORST MOVING TRANSITION EVER! They lie about when things were replaced so it ALWAYS works out to be the RENTERS RESPONSIBILTY!!! RENTERS BEWARE, I took perfect care with no pets or anything for three years and when I moved out I was over $800 broke from their insane charges.
