DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MARSH MANAGEMENT Worst Management Company I have EVER had to deal with. They have poor phone etiquette and make you feel like an idiot whenever you ask a question. Takes forever for them to get back to you, I am not even sure if they check their voicemail daily. Please DO NOT GO with company. You do not get your deal for the amount you pay. Cheap rentals with cheap service. Do not be fooled by the deal they will give, not worth the hassle. Horrible company They took forever to approve us and once we were approved they evicted us due to the land owner not wanting that many people to live here, horrible service, horribly biast. We are an open household involved in the GLBT community and once they did the walkthough of our household they decided it was time for us to go, I would not recomend this company to anyone other than the perfect mormon family
