Very unhappy with managment. We went in 3 months in advanced from the date we wanted to move in and was told we had to be put on a waiting list for an available rental. The management told me I have to put down a deposit to be on the waiting list. I have called to find out that the 3 places available have been rented to people coming in off the street when I'm supposed to have first pick since I'm on a waiting list. They did this to me 3 times. We then are able to get a place to rent and since I had to speak with 3 different people at the office (I guess they rotate every week) I was given the run around and also giving different prices for the monthly rent. I put my deposit down to lock in the monthly rent fee, but they said the rates have changed and so I don't get the discount anymore. I'm mad because that was why I put down a deposit in the first place so I can get the deal I was promised. I have also been told we might not be able to move in on our move in date meaning all my stuff will be in a truck and ...
