A+ Service I leased a property from R.S.V.P. Realty in the Chandler area and found the agent to be very friendly and helpful. The house was super clean. Great Service from agent and staff. Stay away... The owner of this company (Steven Sharpe) is hands down one of the worst human beings I've ever come across. In dealing with him (both myself and my agent), he was in clear violation of the Arizona Realtor Association Code of Ethics with his behavior which included misinformation/lying. Note this was reported to the state. In addition, a BBB complaint was filed, and of course, they chose to ignore it because they could not cure it. Stay away folks.
