THE LEASING PEOPLE ARE RUDE and HORRIBLE... Before i get here, they were always cordial and friendly. I have been living in this apartment from Jan 2010 As soon as i signed my lease, their behaviour changed drastically. I once had a emergency of water leakage and it was not bad on that day. They told me that they would take care of in 1 day. I was out of town and i came home after 4 days, they could not take care. In all the documents, they mentioned any emergency would be taken care of in 48hours and when i complianed, they said they are not responsible for it and i have to call renters insurance. The behaviour of the ladies in the leasing office is pathetic. I am gonna leave this place as soon as my lease is over. The leasing people are rude and disgusting people... Very Convenient Location You are at walking distance of many convenience stores and at a short driving distance of lots of commercial areas. The place feels secure and they take care of the place, trying to make it clean. I agree with the rest of the reviewers that they have to work out in some things: residents care if one of them. There's also work to do at the Gym and the responsiveness for repairs, but I do not think the misses are catastrophic.
