Located within the Parkside master planned community, San Tierra is just moments from Windmills West Park, world-class golf, Chandler Fashion Center and several major employers. "agreed...lived there 2 yrs ago..up there as 1 of the worst places i lived at..horrible staff and very over priced..makes me stay away from properties that are managed by the same one that manages this one" - Oct 28, 2010

Nice place to live We lived there for three years. Nice place, good school district,close to everything.Services are excellent. Great place to live! **most of these negative reviews are probably from their competitors** I've lived in many apartments, and this place is definitely one of my favorites. We found San Tierra affordable in comparison to others, it had mature trees, good neighborhood and the management team was great. Now 2 years later, I still love this place. If anything goes wrong maintenance is at my door within 24hrs, the girls at the office are awesome - always willing to help and even check on you to see if you need anything or if you're satisfied with a maintenance call. The ONLY downfall is that the walls/ceilings are super thin. I can actually hear my upstairs neighbor walk, run his appliances, open drawers, urinate, flush, GARGLE!!, play instrument/music; and sometimes I can hear my next door neighbors talk (loud) on ... **most of these negative reviews are probably from their competitors** I've lived in many apartments, and this place is definitely one of my favorites.
