DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! The staffing office has continued to make false promises to me throughout my stay. The apartment was beautiful but the price was not worth the hassle and the lack of assistance I have received. Poor Construction, Paper Thin Walls, Mgt Only in it for the $$$, AVOID Well the clubhouse is nice and the condescending manager at least had the common sense to hire some attractive leasing agents. And that is about all the good news to report. You can hear almost everything in all adjoining apartments and the structural integrity is so poor, the frame literally shakes when your neighbors close their doors. They obviously spent the absolute minimum amount possible to pass the Chandler building code - it is pathetic. As an added bonus, it seems to have attracted a lot of young families with screaming kids and frat-house types lately so you can hear noise in the pool areas at all hours even with all your doors and windows closed. If you move in, either join a frat or stock up on your supply of earplugs, nose clothespins and sleeping pills.
