BEWARE! Overall, I used to be pretty happy with the community and apartment. I was however, very concerned with the way that I was treated along with some freinds by the security staff here. This security guard named BOLT actually detained and harrased a group of my freinds and I while at the pool minding our own business the other night and actually started making up rules that we had broken! He tried to claim that we (including the residents) were trespassing, lying about what was stated on the sign on the gate, and demanding identification from people THAT WERE SWIMMING! I mean, who carries ID when they are in the hotub?! He actually called the police who immediately agreed that he had no business holding us captive and allowed us to return to our appartments. I think the officer's exact words were, "well this isn't really a police matter so you need to let these people go." The cops were even laughing at this clown! With so many apartments available in the arrowhead area I reccommend ... Overall, I used to be pretty happy with the community and apartment. With so many apartments available in the arrowhead area I reccommend looking elsewhere unless you confirm that this amped up rent-a-cop Bolt is no longer working there. It was actually a very embarrasing situation, and based on the way that he was treating some of my female freinds, honestly I don't think that people should feel safe at this complex with this creep walking around at night! Any maintenance service got done within a day. The community is superb, with best location, very next to Mall. Good Automated Portal for Online Monthly Rent/Utilities payment. Facility for Internet/Print/Fax/Scan helps when home internet is down. Nightly security is good, however rarely heard that things may get stolen if forgotten outside the apartment, specially from patio during nighttime. We moved to Chandler, because of Job, but till date we weren't able to find Community/Staff/Location like what we had in Archstone-Arrowhead Glendale. Anand Vithalani
