Love It We love it here. A couple minor maintenance issues (dishwasher, icemaker) were attended to immediately. The residents are friendly and quiet. I feel safe and clean walking around at all hours and no one has ever disturbed anything to our knowledge. The pool and dumpster areas are picked up by maintenance personnel at least several times a day. The fitness machines/cabanas/barbecues are comfortable and clean. The location is convenient to everything yet the entrance street is not busy. The landscaping is pretty and cooling. The apartment is roomy and bright but not in direct heat/sun. We do not have a dog but those that do live here conform to maximum size limits (25 lbs) and are rarely heard and do not visit inside the pool ... We love it here. Did I mention the residents are friendly? It's nice to live in a place where people actually mingle with each other and from our first visit here we've seen how the management consistently helps set that tone. We LOVE living here. It is home. Show full review Love it We lived over on i17 and Cactus and absolutely hated it. Now that we have moved here it is great. The few maintenance issues are fixed promptly. they even call to ask if there are any needs we have with maintenance. One morning they had a table out front at the gate giving residents free breakfast snacks as people left for work. Apartments are nice and clean and upscale at a good cost. No thugs. These apartments are close to everything, Costco, the mall, tons of restaurants, you name it. Place is kept very clean, great pools. I've lived in a tone of apartments and this place is the best by far.
