Dont Move Here! I made the mistake of moving here, besides the crazy people who live here and the recent brothel raid they did i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Crazy people come knockin on your door to tell you about these "people" who where in your house but ive been here the whole time so i know its emaginary. Dont make the same mistake i did. Its not safe and its so GROSS. I think I made a mistake The layout is very nice, with the fountains and pool. Small community, but there are HUNDREDS of pigeons and they poo all over my patio, walkway and hallway stairs. I mean a lot! so I have to sit near the screen door. Their feathers are EVERYWHERE and always get into my apt, GROSS! I complained for 6 months still no help. Pigeon poo on everything!! My appliances are very old and junky, not like the model apt. I looked at at all, for what I pay, my appliances should be newer. I feel tricked. The stove is a real clunker and the microwave is super old, no turn table in it like the model had, and plastic popping off. Someone on the 3rd floor has a big dog and it poos and pees all over their patio and with the heat it stinks pretty bad down to my door and patio, they get to keep the dog anyway. I can hear the neighbors right upstairs in their bedroom late at night, it's embarrassing. The floors are thin I guess. I also get a high pitched sound in my pipes when anyone in the building ... The thermostat is a piece of junk, it's hard to tell what temp is set which makes me worry about my a/c & heat bill, I can't set it to a certain temp, because it can't be read properly. One neighbor had his car stolen right out of the parking lot and because there isn't any security the place get's a lot of young people loitering all over the complex all hours of the night. I have had my things stolen off my patio numerous times, even an ashtray! I don't recommend this apt. complex because of the disgusting bird problem and the junky appliances. Not worth it at all!
