tenant 19 years Look at and talk to many people on the North galleria side 10854 n. 60th ave. We are not being cared for as well as the OFFICE side. I do not know why. Parking lot extreme pot holes and especially park spaces. not office side. Pool No light at night and most of time damaged and green. Trees way to big and falling on cars. Forget the rugs, cheapest there is never stay clean even after pro cleans. One reason is the loose tar stones you walk in. I don't have kids. Yes drugs, police around, much vandalism and pipes breaking outside. No type of security. Management caan't keep up withall the damage and repairs. SHE DOES CARE VERY MUCH! Cost is way too high. Benefits...free hot water, constant grounds upkeep (pretty) excellent maintenance and fast. READ every detail on the lease. DONT MOVE HERE NO NO NO!!!! The managers dont care about you once you sign the lease, its over...!!! At first everything is ok, but after 2 mos, I got complaints for keeping my car parked too long, complaints that I walked too loud, and I would get evicted if I couldn't walk lighter??? I am as light of a feather, and I couldnt believe they woul that! THEN, my friend came to visit, and take a swim in the pool. When she was injured by something sticking from the base of the pool, I was told by the leasing office that I am not to have visitors unless they can pass a criminal background record....! 1. I know nothing about her criminal background, 2. I read nothing about that in my lease... 3. I thought this was an OK apartment complex, but after living here, it seems that they dont care to really keep tenants... Just get your money, and come up with a way to kick you out... Even when you are just trying to inform them that a friend was hurt in the pool...
