The Worst Management Company in the Business Mark Rounsaville claims to be an attorney, but he is not. He tells our homeowners at the annual meetings that he is an attorney and therefore is good at collecting the unpaid assessments. He files the judgements in court himself because he thinks he is an attorney, which he knows he cannot do. He is acting as attorney, which he is not and could get into terrible trouble for doing. He does it so he can charge the association the "attorney's fees". He also signs the court summons documents himself on behalf of the board of directors, which he is not. He's a crook and an unresponsive liar. Stay away from this management company or find your community a new one. Worst customer service I have ever experienced Good luck getting them to do their job. Poor management and lack of customer service. The absolute bottom of the barrel.
