I ONLY wished I had went on-line & read about this place before renting here. Yes, the apartments are old, thin walls & floors. The dark brown carpet I have never ever seen in an apartment. Toward the middle of my lease I was coming home from work, not too late; & there were two guys sitting on the stair way; DIRECTLY in front of my apartment smoking pot. I was soooooo upset. I knew this wasn't the greatest area, but I am not going to spend money every month, & come home to this crap. I was very rude when I came up the stairs once I realized & could smell the pot. OH! I do not know how I could of forgot this one as well: get a receipt after paying your rent. They will sware up & down that you did not pay it. I had only had 3 occurances with them on this. Just go in & get a receipt or draw one up your DAM receipt, & make them sign it after they actually get the rent, otherswise it just goes back & forth. TILL THEY ACTUALLY FIGURE OUT, once again, they are idiots & can't keep track of who has paid rent, & WHO hasn't ... read about this place before renting here. I have to say, do it if you have no where else to go, but do a short term lease, don't get sucked into the cheaper rent on the year lease as I did. Alot of crap there happened in just one weekend.
