I love it here. I am sorry to those who had bad experiences here, but I absolutely love it here. The staff is always helpful, there are two security guards who circle the premises all night, and I have never felt insecure here. The laundry room is huge, and I leave my clothes, soap and basket there unattended and never have a problem. The rent is super cheap...but the place is beautiful and great to live in. I highly recommend living here. A MAN KIDNAPPED THAN KILLED HIMSELF IN STILLWATER Stillwater Apartments is the slum to top all slums. Nothing worked in this apartment not the dishwasher, stove, fridge; hot water lasted about 6 minutes. And the front office! They take no pride in the complex or their jobs. They are uncooperative and not helpful what so ever I got my clothes stolen from the laundry facility and the dryers do NOT work, Iv had to throw out so much food because the fridge was constantly freezing up, Not to mention that the AC is so old that it has to be on 72 to cool down a 490sq ft apartment! A man recently kidnapped a girl (she got away, thank god) and then killed himself in his apartment!! And a man in a white car was smoking meth outside in the parking lot! Stillwater management also did not care that they had three sick blind kittens roaming around the parking lot I called the office (also brought it to the attention of maintenance) to ask if they could call the humane society to pick them up and help them and was literally told “would not even ... I took the kittens to the humane society myself, It's not something a parent would want a child to see it was incredibly sad and dangerous if a child tried to play with them they could get really sick. I have wrote all my frustrations and maintenance concerns in a letter to the office, SANDRA (the manager) did not have the decency to even call me or respond to my letter or phone calls. Sandra has been very rude and unprofessional when I have had problems in the past. I normally would not take the time to do write a review but I don't want anyone to have to go through what I did here.
