Sunset Estates The Staff Judy, Pat , and Randy are all nice people to live with. They are Caring and good to be around, but the what comes with all the nice is also the bad. 1st the good. 1. Spacious Bedrooms. 2. Kitchen and Dining rooms are seperate. 3. LivingRoom is huge Plus new carpet. 4. Up close parking. 5. Good Rent. At least for the 2bedroom good rent. 3bedroom the rent is $920.00 that is a huge jump from $664.00 for a 2bedroom. Now the bad. 1. This place is now accepts section 8 housing ( That mean a lesser quality of people tweekers illegals undocumented living with family members. 2. Deposits will never get returned to you. They will find and excuse , anything to keep ur deposit even if they have to make it up to keep it. Light fixtures, walls, faucets anything they will charge you for, they keep track of all the stuff that u ask The onside handy man to fix. Graffitti is a common thing that happens there. Cars will get tagged by local hooligians in the area or even residents who live there. 5. Because of the type of people that reside there loud music is constent. Always some person blasting loud rap music in their cars always. day or night. Look, the review is my opinion of my year there with my family, i have enjoyed the memories i have there, Section 8 changed alot of how i viewed this place. the 1st month my neighbor of almost a year saw the change as we did. If u have no other place to go cuz of credit issues like my family just know what i have written here takes place. Nice staff. Handy man quick. No deposits returend, SECTION 8 bad . Dont live near the playground, the kids are out till 1030pm i kid you not, and will be charged by Sunset for everything that gets fixed, i promise u that, The Scam of ur deposit getitng back is a lie,.
