Another exciting Mark-Taylor community in the Northwest Valley is now open! The Pavilions at Arrowhead is located just minutes away from tantalizing restaurants, exciting shops and gourmet grocery. "We moved into the place because it's ft to price ration was awesome!! And the floorplan for the 2 bedroom has a seperate kitchen and not all open like every other apartment we've looked at. Cheap, but quiet (mostly) This complex has a cheap rental rate and you get just that: cheap units with thin walls (when I first moved in, I could hear my neighbor's African Grey talking, and in the last two weeks I could hear them doing the mambo Italiano every night, while trying to sleep). They recently updated the units and the paving in the parking lots, but they really didn't need to. Instead they should upgrade the pool and fitness gym, and the pool tables need to be re-upholstered. This complex isn't bad, per se, but it isn't excellent either. The good parts are it's quiet with families and it's close to a golf course and church, and a 5 min drive from a major mall, but that's pretty much it. Mark Taylor needs to focus on the community amenities.
