I just moved in and I must say the apts LOOK nice but they rather poorly built. I mean not only are the floors really thin. How thin? So thin I can hear the people in the apt next to me peee'ng ewwww.! The kitchen is smalllllll and the sink does not even have a spayer. The HOTWATER tank is installed in the KID"S closer wtf is that? The grounds are clean and the people are very nice and its safe but we have had no WATER for two days now due to the manager lisa not being able to handle a crisis!!! I suggest paying 200.00 more for casa's linda's Best apt for the price We lived here with our children for a year before our family outgrew it. The staff was always friendly and helpful even organizing a Fall Craft Fair with snacks and a raffle. They were great to our pet and we always felt safe there. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves- a very quiet place. No loud parties or trouble like that. I would recommend this place to anyone we know. Jennifer in the office made our experience extra special.
