They are the WORST! They send out nasty, condescending letters, but won't respond to emails and trying to get them on a phone is next to impossible. I hate them so much I would consider moving out of my home and I would hesitate to buy another home in a neighborhood managed by the poor excuse for a company. Evil wretches. One star is too high for this company This company does so many things that are conflict of interest...like hiring a landscaping company for our hoa that they own and not getting bids but charging a fortune. When our common area fence needed painting guess who they hired...their own company again. Ok so that is one problem the other is that they are the worst people to deal with imaginable.
