Find Somewhere Else So unhappy with the lack of consideration and bullshit I had to deal with, mostly from management. I've never had to deal with such rude, unhelpful people. This is an expensive place to live, and no one should be treated like they treat their residents. Why would someone pay thousands of dollars to live at a place that they cant even shower at before they go to work. .They are constantly sending notes that the water is turned off 2 to 3 times per week. Beyond that, they are misleading in their attitudes the day you sign your lease. After you sign, they try and stick you with as many fees and charges they can find and management is unwilling to explain those fees and just told me "figure it out". Never live here. There are so many other better places. Please don't make th same mistake I did. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. TOTAL RIPOFF!! I lived in San Marin for over two years and the apartment itself was very pretty and the location was great, but other than that I would not recommend anything else about it. It is completely overpriced and the management is TERRIBLE! They overcharge you for everything constantly, and no matter how much you pay they are always asking for more and more deposits, more money for water, etc... total BS. On top of that, everyone that works in the office is rude and very unhelpful... seriously they will overcharge you for EVERYTHING, do not move here! me and my roommates had to pay a ton of security deposits in the beginning and even after we moved out they wanted more money for things that were not even broken or destroyed, like the fireplace and stove. In addition to all this, there is nowhere to park for your guests ever, so you better not invite anyone over since they will definitely tow you. Besides being a nice distance from the bars, there really are not many other perks to this place
