PRICE is decent location is good, you have everything you need close, with tempe and phoenix just about five minutes away. My Girlfriend needed a good deal so we moved here..we got the old style one bedroom(the new style has new cabinets, and brown walls instead of white so we took the 100 bucks off of the rent for white walls).Management--um i dont even know where to begin. Managemnet has changed 4 times since i have lived here. I have had horrible expierence with the previous team which included them telling us different rent prices with every management team. everytime we had to bring down our lease agreement and proove what our rent was. RIDICULOUS(have it on file?) Maintence is great for us though...cool guys..get the work done and they have plenty of it because this place is pretty old. If you can find another place for the same price, I would say move there...but we found that rent went up to 300 bucks for anywhere close and the same size...so whattaya gonna do only move hear if its all you can get everything has had to be worked on in my apt. rent is not bad but my place is runned down. if you move in hear you have to get the upgraded apt because the basic is sick. 9 out of 10 reviews on any apt are negative so you have to experience them yourself.
