I loved it! I have all positive things to say about my experience living at The Enclave. After a lengthy and exhausting search for safe and nice places to live in Tempe as an ASU grad student, I was very happy with my choice. It's out of "college central," but still relatively close to school. As far as a Tempe professional, I feel like the location and overall atmosphere would be ideal. The staff was exceptional. The interior was pretty standard, but nice and clean. The exterior and grounds were outstanding. Compared to other choices in Tempe, this one is great. I never regretted my choice. As a single female, I lived alone and always felt safe and secure. Highly recommend. Nice Place to Live I have very few complaints about my time at The Enclave (this was back in 2006). My apartment was large and very open...had a huge kitchen and bathroom. I never had any maintenance issues. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that you could walk to just about anything your heart desired...the grocery store, restaurants, Coldstone. :) I feel that this complex was just a short drive to just about everything...Target, Mill Ave, Walmart, various malls to choose from, old town Scottsdale. The only thing I felt was a little concerning is that someone was at my door turning the knob in the middle of the night on two separate occasions. Not sure if someone was lost or what, but only myself and one other guy shared the stair landing to our apartments. Had it not been for my dogs, I think I would have shat myself.
