Great place to live! THE WORSE APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!!! PLEASE do not rent here, this is the worse complex I ever lived in. I made the unfortunate mistake of moving in this dump around April. Kristen, the leasing manager, appeared to be a cracked out, brainless moron who had no idea which way was left and which way was right. When I moved in the freezer had not been cleaned out. There was hair, spilled ice cream, and food everywhere. My boyfriend had to unscrew the panal and we washed it down in bleach. I tried to over look this unfortunate situation. However, there was an awful pee smell coming from the balcony and the carpets. Later that night I took a shower and inside the shower were ticks. After dealing with all the crap, the next day I woke up and as I was waking up a huge scorpion ran across my face. After this I realized this place is unbearable!!! I called the office to complain however RJ, another leasing agent had no idea what to do. His solution was to wait until someone came back from lunch to ask for help. No one returned ... Then a week later I had a bill collector calling me, telling me I owe 2800.00 for damages, and leaving the apartment a mess. I called the complex and asked why no one called me to make arrangements before doing the walk through and why I had all those charges when I didnt damage anything. Nicole, another brainless leasing agent, just sat on the phone with NOTHING to say except that i would have to disbute this with the bill collector. THIS IS THE WORSE APARMTMENT COMPLEX I HAD EVER DEALT WITH!!! I even had to go down to the corporate office off Camelback to make a personal complaint. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THE HELL THIER DOING. Show full review
