Police Say It all!-NO AC! 155 outside and hot! No AC for 2 days for anyone and when I called about it the guy just said it was off! It was very hot at 105 outside and we where unable to live in our apartment which we pay rent for. At night you see a lot of strange people walking about which is scary. Dog poop all over the place and trash is a welcome sight. Went to pay my rent on a week day and the office was not open till 1pm so that is becoming a guessing game. Talked to a few people and this place has bedbugs which was confirmed by a worker. From the way I see it this place is going down hill very fast and we will be moving very soon. Laundry room is dirty and unsafe at night. If you are into drugs,if you do not need to sleep,do not need ac,like strangers in the night,then this is the place for you! I see the owners contacted info in another review and I will be contacting them. Wish I had done my homework before moving here. This is a very high crime area and my lady feels very unsafe here! Even when they say they have the AC on which they control our place is always very hot. I stepped in our large pile of dog mess on the way home just the other night. You are right this place is nasty and we cannot wait to leave when our lease is up. We try to go from our car to our place before dark due to all the strange people walking about over the past few months. Thinking about getting an alarm to protect our place while we are at work! I called the Tempe Police and found out the following for crime here since the manager says how close they are working with the police. RAPE CALLS,BURGLARY CALLS,ASSAULT CALLS,STOLEN VEHICLE CALLS and more! Take note they told me "CALLS".I also had to give the old name shown at the top,Paxton On Rural.
