Check out The Vue on Apache on www.OffCampusReportCard.com , The New Off Campus Living Resource! Some issues. I've seen everyone's "Amazing place!" reviews, and I figured I write one that told some of the problems with the Vue. This will be my second year at the Vue. The place is really nice, location is phenomenal, and having fully furnished apartments are great for college kids. But be warned, if you have something to do one a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday morning, you're going to have a rough time. There is constantly drunk people in the halls Thursday-Sat night, party hopping and being LOUD. I mean LOUD. And there's no point in complaining. They monitor the front door and make anyone who doesn't live here sign in and the vue takes a copy of their ID. Needless to say, my dad wasn't happy one night when he came to see me and had to wait 10 minutes for me to take the elevator downstairs to sign him in. I've also on several occasions had drunk people wander into my living room thinking it was a different room, if my front door was unlocked. Also, I noticed that everybody who is a new ... Also, I noticed that everybody who is a new resident has talked about how amazing the maintenance service is. Which is true for the first few months you live here. Our internet went out over the summer, and it took them a month to come fix it, with me and my roommates putting in a maintenance order almost every day. A few things have broken in out apartment, and because the maintenance guys are trying to make new residents comfortable, they haven't worried about the ones who have lived here for a year already.
