Horrible! I lived in these apartments since February and have had my apt flood twice with sewer blockage, my apt smells like sh!t right now. Their community laundry is always broken, always stealing money off my card, and if it doesnt take my money the dryers dont dry ANYTHING. Im on the verge of breaking my lease and taking the hit with my deposit and my credit. Awful,Horribl-Rats,Very Loud neighbors, Management,Jessica does NOT CARE,horrible living Conditions My car got broken into into the gated garage,that I pay extra $35 every month.It was in the afternoon in between 4pm-9 pm.I spoke with the managers all the way up to the California's representative of Legacy Partners, the management Company.No compasion, nothing,no reinbursement.While talking to the policeman he told they had the same situation a week before.The next day I was trying to tell the manager and she said she did not know anything about it.Still no discounts.Paid for my car repairs, could not get anything that has been stolen.I wanted to move out because of safety reasons at this time.I had no chance to get out of my lease and moved on. When your neighbors move out you will smell the paint they use to repaint the apartments for at least a week.Who care that your are going to get bloody nose because the smell it is to strong when you are sleeping. When they smoke their drugs you will too from your balcony. The neigbors are fighting at all times Day and Night, when they ...
