Don't hand over a holding fee! Be aware that this company does not tell you or write it in any of their paperwork that they will not give you your holding fee back for at least twenty [one days ( company policy!) and then it will be late on top of that, if you can get any one to call you back they will tell you that there is nothing they can do ( in the mean time I am still waiting for the return of my money! ) My husband and I moved to CA from out of state and this was the nicest property with the lowest prices of other comparable properties in the area. We lived here for a year and loved it. The community is not too big, and it was very quiet. The managers are friendly and honest and the property is really well maintained. If something broke, it got fixed within a day. We would recommend this place to anyone.
