Great location. Well maintained. Large floorplans. Let me preface by saying that I have been a tenant of these apartments for about 9 years. So I know what I'm talking about. I felt I had to post a review after reading all of the negative reviews posted here. APTS SIDE ON FRONTERA: Lived here 3 yrs. Cleaner then townhome side because there are fewer kids. Apartments are large, thick walls (no noise). Pool is nicer on this side too. Parking has improved inside gated area, just make sure you have a permit. MUCH quieter then TWNhome side, because there are less kids. Mostly, couples or single people. Pretty quiet.TOWNHOME SIDE ON JACKSON: Currently live here, and have lived in 2 different models for a total of 6 yrs. Lrg floorplans and patios w/soil. Be aware: TONS OF KIDS. If you have kids, this is great for you because they will have friends. It's can just get a bit noisy, so be aware. Water pressure is great, hot water whenever you want it. These are older bldgs, so things break from time to time, but maintenance is GREAT and will repair quickly. OVERALL: I've read the complaints re: management. I must say I have had a really GREAT experience with Tegan, the assit. manager. She is professional and always gets what I need competed. Does Tegan or Bonnie ply you with fake kindness? No. But do they do what you ask, on a consistent basis - YES. Absolutely. Maintenance is GREAT. You put in a request on Monday, it gets done by Wednesday. Just depends on how serious it is. BOTTEM LINE - if you treat management with respect and stay professional with them, they will reciprocate. They aren't perfect, but if you pester them about something that needs to be done, they will do it. Just might take a bit of effort. We have lived here almost 9 years, and no major problems. But then again, we have been great tenants. ALWAYS pay our rent on time, and we don't party that often, so no neighbor complaints. I recommend this complex if you want a great location and a larger floorplan. You are between 3 freeways - 57/91/55. That ALONE is worth the money. The apts are clean. Are there some ghetto neighbors from time to time - YES - but they get evicted if you complain. The area is NOT ghetto. Cars get stolen, that's life and this is ANAHEIM people. NOT Irvine. Parking on the street can be a problem. If you have guests, they might have to (GASP!) walk a bit down Jackson - but it isn't horrible, as long as you warn them. My partner and I have been two cars, and as long as one of you gets home by 6pm to get a free spot, WE NEVER HAVE TO PARK ON THE OUTSIDE. If you have 3 cars, well you're out of luck. Like I said - go into these apts being aware. Don't expect a BRAND new place. You are paying to live close to freeways, which in this day and age is worth a lot. Live here - it's decent and you get a lot for your money. Good luck. = Show full review
