Advantages: coin operated onsite laundry, parking in basement, parcel receiving. Now why I hated this place?(1)The rent is just double from where I live now (only 2 blocks away) ($1000/m in 1br apt vs 1100/m/person in 2br apt there)(2) Maintenance and the renting company is awful in satisfying customer needs.
