What do you love about Stadium PlaceI am a 2nd year Cal student and I moved in to Allston Place in August of 2010. I have to say that what attracted me was the location. Being so close to campus and BART was really all I needed to know other than the cleanliness of the apartment. I usually am not a review writer, however I am sincerely enjoying living here. My roommate and I just renewed our lease for next year. Management is really helpful and I like that they have fun things for us to do. (They make a great breakfast, too.) They have a new maintenance guy and he is really sweet and prompt. If your looking for a place that you will actually enjoy living, I would recommend Allston Place. I just have to give it up for the staff over at Stadium Place. They are always looking out for us Cal students: with everything from free waffles before midterms to giving away free ipads for Christmas, they make it very cozy and fun to live there. Almost as good as Mama does it. *ALMOST* lol.
