Not worth it I'm going to get straight to the point. Staff is careless. The main maintenance guy is RUDE!! he comes in my apartment after only living there for two months and blames the problems on me and my tiny 5 pound dog. Cockroaches.... I cant believe I'm still here. They recently added a charge to my rent and for the past 3 months i've gone in the office they cant explain. its a back and forth issue. "come back when the other manager is working" oh but they other manager is dealing with those payment issues" i paid 500 for pet deposit and 500 for my regular deposit. I'm not going to pay rent for feb and just leave! the carpets and soooooooo dirty mine isn't even attached to the wall and they have come and "re-stretched" it. SO loud and un-peaceful. they only thing your paying for is the nice neighborhood. DO NOT RENT HERE Terrible cockroach problem, constant construction starting at 7 AM right outside your window, no SAUNA despite what they advertise, the weight room is a joke, tons of kids running around... DO NOT RENT HERE.
