Great people and great place. Ready to move in 2010 After reading the older reviews I was really nervous about living here at the avalon. But it's been 3 months and I LOVE it. The staff are very very friendly, My building and apartment are in excellent shape. The walls are very thin but my neighbors aren't too loud. Overall I really like it here.
