Extremely high rental rates for a ghetto poorly managed building Stay away from this building. Save your money and move across the street. It's too bad that the actual units are nice and have been greatly remodeled, but the last year has been horrifying. When I moved in last May I was told that the entire building was going to be remodeled and construction would only last 6-8 weeks. A year later and they still make noise at 7 in the morning... refuse to clean up and don't know how to control their tenants. This building used to be full of business professionals and now it's couples who throw bottles and break windows, teens having sex in the laundry room or any "private" area in the building and who knows what else. The management refuses to do nothing. Not ... Stay away from this building. Save your money and move across the street.
