From the Resident Manager of NoHo Gardens. There is no proof whatsoever to that persons claim. If I were to guess I would say that it was somebody who was forced to leave the property. I can think of two such units of whom had a very low character and would post that comment. My first guess would be a unit that had almost 6K in damages when they moved out. My Second would be somebody who was a Sexual Predator and assaulted a very pretty actress who lived there. I also forced that person to move. I was at no time ever involved with the police on any occation ever unless it involved me calling them on a tenant in which case was the two mentioned above for certain.It is true that the property was sold to another Real Estate investment Corporation. As to how they run it is unknown to me as I have left Pinridge Properties. I was offered another opportunity to work for ... There is no proof whatsoever to that persons claim.
