I have lived here for just over 6 months and my wife and I have wanted to move out since the 2nd month when we discovered mold. We had to fight and complain to just about everyone of the employees just to get someone to come look how bad it was. Not until we sent pictures to BRE the parent company did we finaly get it rectified. The washer and drier are terrible our clothes come out smelling horrible. The sink started leaking yesterday and still is not fixed, we'll see how long this takes to be fixed. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND LIVING HERE!!!!!! Like others have said the walls are incredibly thin we can hear the people above us talk at night. Also the grounds keepers are incredibly rude they use their blowers behind our appartment and I have caught them on several occasions actually blowing crap onto my patio. Needless to say I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT!!! Cant wait to leave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst apartment i have ever lived in. Like the other postings, the staff is so fake. DONT EVER move in where the apartments are on the street. All you hear is the cars go by. They told us that the place is actually quiet...what a LIE! We also asked for covered parking but they didnt have any....BUT one of the staff members moved in and she got covered parking! WTF!!!!!! The neighbors are rude and the walls are thin. O and we have only been here for 2 months! This place is way overprices for all the crap you have to deal with! I am look for a place where i can file a complaint......its that bad!
