It was nice at first. Space is great being on the first floor with a garage attached. No where is perfect but I moved here because of the layout and location, gates made me feel safe for my kids... until I've noticed there were so many cops that have been coming around looking for specific people who live in these apts. I would say twice a month. I didn't feel as safe anymore. Also water leak is such a big problem... 4 times in a year I had. My lease is almost up I'm looking for apt else where.. DON'T MOVE HERE Everything will cost you when you move to this apartment. For example to be able to use their "amenities" as a tenant you gotta pay for. To use their game room you gotta reserve it by paying $75 and giving a $500 deposit!! Wow! The hours are from 5pm to midnight, and by the way if you just want to use it with your guest, goodluck, you're only allowed ONE GUEST, wow. Same thing with their banquet party room. Also we have been waiting for a garage for about 3 weeks into moving in, and they gave us a garage across our building when a garage was available right across our apartment door within the same week we got the garage. I have a small child with me, and evidently the office manager didn't care about the inconvenience of having a garage that's ten minutes away from your unit when one was available right across our unit. I was happy here at first, thinking that new management would be an improvement to negative feedbacks before mine but you truly see the customer service quality ... We will not renew our lease here, there's so many partyings going on in the weekend long after 2 am. If you want some privacy and peace, this is NOT THE RIGHT PLACE. This place reminds me of high school, so many young people partying around, not a family place. If you wanted to make a complaint about management you couldn't, they have a number with a voice mail that will only "expedite" your complaint to the right person, hmmm I wonder who that is?
