Horrible Management!!!! I lived there for some time and the management is very unprofessional, Un-personable, un-customer service oriented, un-helpful, but consistently rude and demeaning. The Management will leave right when the clock strikes 5 o'clk. One insistence i was just moving to the apartment and needed to bring her the deposit and rent and i was EXACTLY.. 2 minutes late and i had traveled and hour and a half to get there after work on a Friday, at the time they were not open on weekends. I had spoke with the manager prior to leaving on the phone, she told me 'just try to do your best and making it by 5pm', that gave me the impression that if i was a few minutes late she would wait to receive payment. I pulled up after travel and she was coming out of the office. I greeted her and told she was sorry but she was off now i would have to come back next week. I stated that i had traveled all the way to bring her the deposit and she said " it is not my problem you could not get here on time". I was ... I was truly amazed at the level of disdain and uncaring attitude i received from her. If i was not in desperate need to relocate i would have found a more suitable place to live. The apartments look nice on the outside but are very old and breaking down. My apartment had a rat, water line busted, had old stove it was a very small 1 bed room and at she charged me $1000 for the rent. Not worth the money. The maintenance engineer will report what he sees in your apartment. I have a friend who was to busy to do laundry so to remind herself she put to big laundry bags near the door, that day she a had a repair performed by the maintenance man and he went to the management and told her that this tenant had to big bags of laundry near her door . In the same day the management called and offered the tenant quarters because she heard that she a had lot laundry sitting by the door. Amazing!!! no privacy. He knows every ones business and all you have to do ask and he will give you the skinny on every tenant. This place is the worst place to live. Location is ok..but what you will go threw as a tenant is just amazing. Show full review
