Incompetent Do NOT use Fidelity Home Warranty. I have been waiting 6 weeks to get a simple microwave fixed, and they are rude, incompetent, do not return calls and use inept contractors. Our contractor wanted to come out a second time to rediagnose the problem because HE FORGOT TO WRITE ANYTHING DOWN when he came out initially. I have had problems setting up appointments, getting the new microwave delivered, getting a replacement part - even getting the replacement in the same color as the original. For $460 - the cost of the plan and the service charge - I could have bought and installed two microwaves myself. These guys are cowboys. Buyer Beware on Fidelity! When a pipe burst in our wall, flooding our living room- claim reimbursement was denied. I write this not to ask for empathy, but to warn others. After having my claim denied I researched Fidelity National. FN was chosen for us by our seller's Escrow company, and unfortunately I did my due diligence on this company too late. FN has an abundance of negative commentaries all over the internet on various and numerous sites. Moreover, when I just looked them up on the Better Business Bureau, they had 118 complaints listed. Buyer Beware!
