Happy family Landmark was there for us when no one else even bothered, or was even available. We were in a jam. We moved cross-country, and when we arrived at our rental home, we were told by the owner he couldn't save the home from foreclosure and the bank would be taking it back within a few days. We had no idea the owner had this problem, but leaving out all the details to that fiasco, we ended up in a lousy motel and frantically began our new search for a home with a truck full of furniture parked outside. It was a Saturday afternoon when we finally began our new search. We managed to reach a few agents, but after they heard our story, they wouldn't give us the time of day. We then called property management companys, but no one was open. We almost gave up for the day, but then saw a phone book ad that said Landmark was open 7 days a week. The very next day, which was a Sunday, Landmark had us moved in to a home that we feel lucky and very happy to be in. Although the process took them a lot of effort, they stuck with us and made it happen! For us, they turned a catastrophe into a very pleasant experience. Show full review Glad I Found Them I interviewed nearly a dozen property management companies, and I couldn't see much difference from one to the other. When I researched Landmark, I was first drawn to their 12-hour day / 7 days a week operation. It just seems to make sense for a property management company to be open 7 days a week. Then I saw how their prices were lower than everyone else's. And when I read over their contract, I really liked how they offered choices and options. Now after having Landmark as our property manager for over a year, I really like how they take the time to answer questions and provide good explanations. Our tenant also seems to be very happy with everything, being that they recently signed a new lease.
