DONT LIVE HERE!!!!! its all a facade! Me and my husband thought this was a luxury apartment but boy were we fooled. We knew we made a mistake after the second week, the rent is way too high for this dump and on top of it they dont care about this place at all. We lived next to two college kids who partied all night, we called every single night to complain and they did NOTHING! Finally we had to start calling the police. Its trashy and loud - I moved out as soon as the lease ended. Please read all the reviews they are 100% true. bed bugs, unsanitary conditions, tons of crime I have lived at the camdens for about 3 years now because of convenience to the freeways, my work, and OCC. I lived in the B building which was always kept clean because its where the maintenance office is. BE aware! my neighbors got bed bugs, the people below them, and a few others. They had to throw away there mattresses and do heat treaments that didnt even kill them. They all moved out as soon as they could. The Camden staff showed no sympathy or compassion and blamed it on the residents. I moved from B to F and I live right over a car lot that blasts loud music and horns are going off at all hours. The apt floors walking to the elevator are sticky and filthy with flys everywhere. They wash the floors maybe once a month. I even have a friend who is a staff member who I inform about the conditions and still nothing happens. Even thought they have underground parking its not secure! Ive had 2 neighbors that have had their windows smashed and everything stolen from them. Camdens ... Camdens dont have cameras down there and dont care at all what happens to you even thought theyre supposed to have security. Everytime I do see security its a new person and very sketchy.
