Rent here if you want to leave with your car damaged or towed I have lived here for 11 months, and absolutely despise this place. -My car has been hit 3 times, while being parked in my parking space, and 6 of my relatives/friends had their cars hit while visiting. -Bike has been stolen from front porch (with lock on it) -Gardeners using blowers cover my car, along with everyone elses cars with dust/dirt, tree trimmings AT LEAST once a week, to the point that you need to go to the gas station to clean off your windshield in order to see. -Tables and chairs stolen from front porch -Friends car was towed from visitor parking, and was only parked there for 2 hours, NOT overnight, resulting in a $250 tow fee because The Cape called to have the car towed. Why you ask?? That is what I am trying to find out, but all I get is the runaround, excuses, or them saying that I must have been parked illegally etc. -for 7 months, I had a prostitute living above me, and would bring in 4 different guys, on average per night, and yes, you could hear everything ... This is a HORRIFIC place to live. Every waking moment I am here, I feel like I am being ripped off, and have no choice to get out since I signed a 1 year lease. This is the worst year I have ever experienced in my life all thanks to the Cape Apartment complex. For months we have had to put up with the noise from AI students who seem to think they live in a dormitory. Supposedly, management and the AI student oversight and school director have spoken to these kids, but, it hasn't worked. Some of these kids started a fire in an apartment and instead of kicking them out, they relocated them to other apartments. Arnel changes management like underwear - daily. If you don't mind paying a lot of money for a terrible environment, this is the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. I have been paying $1665/month and this is just some of what I have experienced.
