Great Place! Rent is affordable, great location. Managment is wonderful and they will help with anything you need. Underground parking to ensure parking, diverse tenents (hit or miss check who you are moving next to because there are some weird-o's!!) it is Costa Mesa so that is expected, I really like it here!
