Bad Management I lived there for almost 2 years. At various problems with water supply as water would turn off without notice. For a week they closed down the kitchen to do renovations and even than they wouldnt change the toilet. When I left, I was given 37 dollar back from my deposit, stating 75 dollars for cleaning, whileI had everything cleaned up. I was charged $175 for paint!!!!! No pro-rate for staying there alomost 2 years. Only after 2 years the paint is waived off.. None Sense!! Managment just wants to get you for all your money. Frequently raised their monthly rent and whats up with water and power???????/ everything month it increased even tho I was out of town 1 month for 2 week?/ Not at all a good managmet or friendly place to live Worst management One of the worst management which I ever seen in my life... I do not want to name them here though I knew all 3 of them very well.. I don't want even think in my life that I lived in that place for many months. I was living in that community long time, But I ever seen such kind of bad experience in anywhere in US. Everything was quite good till Amy leaves the front desk office. She was extremely good. After that these 3 people were on boarded. Everything has gone. basically they do not even know about customer service , and do not know what they are talking and you have to remind/record your conversation with them every time when you go next time... otherwise they will tell you upfront I didn't say this.. Usually they forget the things and they do not maintain the records properly, finally they blame you that's your problem.. Apartment maintenance was very bad. Muddy & watery paths everywhere in the blocks. Insects are unlimited. Beware of the deposit which you pay at first ... One of the worst management which I ever seen in my life... I do not want to name them here though I knew all 3 of them very well.. I don't want even think in my life that I lived in that place for many months. Simple. So they do it with your money. I can not explain everything here. Go and experience yourself if you really want to have an adventure and have your own painful experience. Though rent is 50$ less than others and its month to month after 3 months lease, but I would strongly recommend not to take risk with this Apartment...but they keep increasing every 6 months non-stop.There are lots of apartments in and around this doing pretty good.
