walls are paper thin you hear everything, dryers dont dry cost $1.25 wash & dry, no parking ever, mangement loves to give 3 day notices, wouldnt recommend it to any one!!!!!! the only thing nice about this place is location and streams, dont forgett all there rules, rules rules dogs bark all the time there no dual pane windows its cold in the aparment this place succccccccccccks Review of Sunset Cove Apts. I lived at the complex for 6 months last year. Overall, the facility was nice, however, the management changed 3 times and tended to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Also, the rules stated in the lease agreement were rarely enforced (ie dog stuff in hallways, dogs swimming in pool, ect.). The rules that were enforced seemed to be trivial in comparison to the major health violations that occurred over my stay. Further more, come move out time, they will tack on every menial charge to your deposit, so don't expect to get it back. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone and suggest finding living arrangements elsewhere.
