I have lived here for about a year and a half, and I love it. The staff is very friendly and not racist on any way as the other review might have you believe. The complex is only a few years old so the units are very modern and spacious. There are lots of free activities to take part in if you choose. Most are free, but some may cost a few bucks like the cooking classes. The 2 salt water pools are great,the gym is good enough and the game lounge is fun and free to use when not rented out for a private party. It has a pool table, 2 shuffle board tables, a few big screen TVs and a bar area with a sink. Outside there are two grills and an outdoor fireplace. The perfect place to host an event. Yeah, not all the residents are the cleanest but for the most part they are. Don't let a few bad apples ruin the bunch. (I don't have a dog if you're wondering) Enclave is A++++++ Enjoy the resort life style! After living at several Irvine Apartment Communities we have grown to have high expectations. The Enclave is great. They have a full time activities director who plans all sorts of things, including a free brunch every month, 3 movies a week in the theater, movies in the park during the summer, cooking classes, kids activities and more... There are a lot of singles and families on the property so it is pretty diverse. The pools are fantastic, the clubhouses are great, the movie theater is a great perk and the property is maintained nicely. There are many apartment floor plans to choose from; many have attached garages and many have hardwood like flooring in all the living areas. The maintenance team here is fantastic! They respond to any requests very quickly and they are all courteous and friendly. I have had friends and family occupy 7 different apartments ...
