I went to OCC. If I didn't, I' d never lived here. This place is GHETTO. ***Don't be FOOLED by the managing office.*** They say the apartment is 97% taken, LIES! They never show you the model house. BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT CONFIDENT ABOUT THEIR APARTMENTS! There was nobody around my complex. Kids running around screaming at night, college kids partying, spiders and ants. And I had to pay over a grand per month for this ghetto place. DON'T MOVE HERE, I'M SERIOUS, OR YOU'LL REGRET! Laundry rooms suck. Pool sucks. "Fitness Center" sucks. Community sucks. Management sucks. and lastly the apartments are trash. avoid at all costs. WOULD NEVER LIVE HERE AGAIN....NEVER!
